Why upgrade to a new digital banking platform?
We recently upgraded our digital banking platform as part of our ongoing effort to provide our clients with state-of-the-art banking functionality, convenience, and security.
Is there any action required to start using the new experience?
Yes, it is important that you either update or validate your contact information in order to enable you to log into the new system. You can verify your contact information with us by phone, email, or in person at one of our branches. In addition, personal banking customers can update through their online banking profile.
I already use online/mobile banking. Will I have to re-enroll?
No. You do not need to re-enroll. You will use your same Username and Password to log into the new platform. View our First-Time Login Instructions.
What web browsers are supported?
The most recent versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge are recommended and supported.
Can I use this on my phone/tablet?
Absolutely. Our new digital banking platform will provide you the ability to bank anytime, anywhere, from any device—conveniently and securely. You can download the app on any Android or Apple device, and it will provide a consistent experience with banking from your desktop.
How do I enroll in eStatements?
If you have not yet enrolled in eStatements, we encourage you to do so. Simply login and click on Services > eStatements to get started.
