  • What do I do if my debit or credit card is lost or stolen?

    Call the bank immediately during business hours to cancel the lost or stolen card. If after hours, call: 615-426-5087.

  • How do I order / re-order checks?

    Call the bank during normal business hours and any customer service representative can assist you.

  • What’s a routing number and where can I find it?

    A routing number is the nine-digit code on the bottom left of your check. This number helps banks and businesses locate your account so they can transfer money in and out.

    For ordering checks, domestic wire transfers or direct deposit/ACH transactions, your Fourth Capital routing number is 0640-0947-4.

  • How do I make changes to my address or other contact information?

    Life is constantly changing. So, when you need to update your account information, just give us a call, stop by one of our branches or send us a secure message through Online Banking.
