What do I do if my debit card is lost or stolen?
Call 1-800-472-3272 to immediately cancel your card and report any fraud.
How do I order / re-order checks?
Call the bank during normal business hours and any of our bankers can assist you.
What’s a routing number and where can I find it?
A routing number is the nine-digit code on the bottom left of your check. This number helps banks and businesses locate your account so they can transfer money in and out. For ordering checks, domestic wire transfers or direct deposit/ACH transactions, your Fourth Capital routing number is 0640-0947-4.
How do I make changes to my address or other contact information?
