How do I report account fraud?
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your consent, call us immediately for assistance.

What should I do if my debit or credit card is lost or stolen?
Call 1-800-472-3272 immediately to cancel the lost or stolen card.

How do I order / re-order checks?
Call the bank during normal business hours and any customer service representative can assist you.

What should I do if my checkbook is lost or stolen?
Notify the bank as soon as possible. We will take the necessary steps to cancel the remaining check numbers.

What’s a routing number and where can I find it?
A routing number is the nine-digit code on the bottom left of your check. This number helps banks and businesses locate your account so they can transfer money in and out.

For ordering checks, domestic wire transfers or direct deposit/ACH transactions, your Fourth Capital routing number is 0640-0947-4.

How do I set up Direct Deposit of my payroll check?
If your employer participates in a direct deposit program, contact the human resources or payroll department. They will ask for your Fourth Capital routing and transit number, as well as your account number, all of which can be found on the bottom of your checks.

What is an image statement?
Image statements contain images of the cancelled checks with your monthly account statement, not the actual checks.

How do I make changes to my address or other contact information?
Life is constantly changing. So, when you need to update your account information, just give us a call or stop by one of our branches to let us know.

Online Banking

How do I get started?
It’s easy to sign up for Fourth Capital Online Banking. To get started, just click here. You can also click ‘Enroll in Online Banking’ in the footer below. For Business online banking, contact your banker or stop by one of our branch locations for more info.

How much does it cost?
Accessing account information through Online Banking is free for both Personal and Business customers.

How are payments processed? 
Depending on the payee, Online Bill Pay may generate a check or create an electronic payment.

What if I forgot my password?
If you forget your password, you may call the bank to have it reset. You’ll be asked to provide additional personal information that will verify your identity. A temporary password will then be provided to you via email.

How do I set up mobile banking?
Access your accounts anytime, anywhere. Get our mobile banking app available for iOS or Android.

Digital Wallets

How do I sign up for Apple Pay?
We are proud to offer several digital wallet capabilities on our debit and credit cards, including Apple Pay. To set up Apple Pay on your iPhone or other mobile device, follow these instructions from Apple.

If your device is lost or stolen, use can use iCloud to suspend or permanently remove the device’s Apple Pay capabilities.

How do I sign up for Google Pay?

We are proud to offer several digital wallet capabilities on our debit and credit cards, including Google Pay. Your step-by-step instructions may vary by device, but in general you:

  1. Install the Google Pay app from Google Play. Check your device to see if Google Pay was pre-installed on it, otherwise download the Google Pay app from Google Play.
  2. Add your credit or debit card from Fourth Capital.You should have some easy on-screen instructions to help with this step.

If your device is lost or stolen, use Android Device Manager to instantly lock your phone from anywhere, secure it with a new password, or wipe it clean of personal data.

How do I sign up for Samsung Pay?

We are proud to offer several digital wallet capabilities on our debit and credit cards, including Samsung Pay. To set up Samsung Pay on your phone or other mobile device, follow these instructions from Samsung.

If your phone is lost or stolen, go to Find My Mobile to remotely lock or erase your Samsung Pay account.

How do I report a lost or stolen mobile device or digital wallet?

If you lose your mobile device, you will want to take steps to protect your private information.

If you use Mobile Banking, remove it from your online banking profile. Simply log in to online banking from a desktop web browser. Then go to the Customer Service menu to Manage mobile banking settings. Also call us at 615-298-8000 to report the lost or stolen device.

If you use Android Pay, use the Android Device Manager to instantly lock your phone, secure it with a new password or wipe it clean of personal data.

If you use Apple Pay, use iCloud to suspend or permanently remove the Apple Pay capability from the device. Your cards will be suspended or removed from Apple Pay even if your device is offline or not connected to cellular or Wi-Fi networks.

If you use Samsung Pay, visit Find My Mobile to remotely lock or erase your Samsung Pay account.
