Getting Started With Business Digital Banking

Fourth Capital’s Business Digital Banking is free for all customers and provides essential tools for monitoring daily balances and transactional details, with the ability to add on a number of treasury management services as your needs change.

Business Digital Banking Includes:

  • Real-time access to your accounts
  • Transfers between your Fourth Capital Accounts
  • Transaction information export into Excel
  • Customized alerts for balance and transaction activity
  • Separate login credentials for multiple users with appropriate level of access to each account
    specified
  • Mobile deposit from your phone or tablet
  • Business Bill Pay service for convenient vendor payments from your PC or mobile device

How will I receive my login credentials?

You will receive your Business Digital Banking login credentials via email within one day of opening your account, provided you enrolled in Business Digital Banking at account opening.

If you do not receive your login information via email, contact us at 615-298-8000.

Email 1

The first email you receive from Fourth Capital will include your Organization ID and your User ID.

Email 2

The second email you receive from Fourth Capital will include your temporary password.

What steps are recommended to make the most of Business Digital Banking?

Enrolling in alerts is a key step to take to maximize the value of your account. You can receive alerts about your account balances and wire transfer activity while you’re on the go. Knowing where your account stands will help you run your business more effectively.

How do I enroll in alerts?

Simply sign in to Business Digital Banking, select the Alerts tab, and follow the prompts to set up and customize your alerts.

How will I receive my deposit statements?

Paperless electronic versions of your deposit statements are available to view and print through your account. You can also receive paper statements through the mail. To elect paperless deposit statements, log in to your Business Digital Banking account and select Statements and Documents.

How are payments processed?

Depending on the payee, Digital Bill Pay may generate a check or create an electronic payment.

What if I forgot my password?

If you forget your password, you may call the bank to have it reset. You’ll be asked to provide additional personal information that will verify your identity. A temporary password will then be provided to you via email.
