Consumer Online Banking Service Agreement
This Agreement between you and Fourth Capital (“Fourth Capital”) governs the use of Fourth Capital’s Online Banking Services (including Mobile Banking). These services permit Fourth Capital consumer customers to perform a number of banking functions on accounts linked to the service through the use of a personal computer or mobile device. Please read this Agreement carefully and note that different provisions will apply based on whether you are using our Online Services to access personal or business accounts. By enrolling electronically or otherwise, and by using any of the Online Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement also contains important information regarding what you should do if you believe that an unauthorized person has gained access to your accounts, or an error has occurred. Keep this Agreement for future reference. Except as stated below this Agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the State of Tennessee and the United States, as amended from time to time. When you use any of the Online Banking Services described in this Agreement, or authorize others to use them, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Agreement that apply to you.

Funds Availability Disclosure
It is our general policy to make funds from your cash and check deposits available on the same business day. However, the availability of some funds may be delayed for longer periods, depending on the type and dollar amount of checks you deposit.

The Electronic Fund Transfers we are capable of handling for consumers are indicated below, some of which may not apply to your account. Some of these may not be available at all terminals.
