We’re excited to share that Fourth Capital is completing its final step in becoming Volunteer Bank. Since our legal merger in July 2024, Fourth Capital has proudly operated as a division of Volunteer Bank—and in September, we will fully unite our teams, systems, and services under one name.
To finalize this transition, a system conversion will begin Friday, September 12, with full functionality restored on Monday, September 15. You’ll continue working with the same trusted team you know—backed by even more resources and support to help you reach your financial goals.

Key Dates:
Friday, September 12— Conversion Weekend Begins
- Online and Mobile Banking services will be temporarily unavailable during conversion weekend.
Sunday, September 14— Your Mobile Banking App
- Your Mobile Banking app will update to reflect the Volunteer Bank brand late in the evening of September 14.
Monday, September 15— Conversion Weekend Ends
- All branches will reopen as Volunteer Bank.
- Online Banking will be restored.
