Will my account number or routing number change?
No. Your existing account number and routing number will remain the same.
Will I have to change my ACH deposits and direct deposits?
No. Since your account number will not change, all direct deposits and automatic payments to and from your account will continue to occur.
Will I have to change my ATM or debit cards?
No. Although you can expect to receive a new Fourth Capital branded debit card in the mail soon, the numbers on your card will not change.
Will my online banking and online bill pay information change?
No. If you have online banking and/or bill pay with Fourth Capital, everything about your online services will remain the same. To access your online services, go to www.fourthcapital.com.
Do I have to order new checks? No. Since your account number will not change, your existing checks will still be valid.
Will my account statement cycle date change with my new account?
No. Business account statement cycles will remain at month-end.
